Builds things — then teaches them to run themselves.

I'm Dylan Davis. I start and operate ventures across software, live events, and retail — all running on a private cloud I built, where automation does the day-to-day and I focus on what's next.

SiteOS

Productizing the platform this site runs on — static sites sold on subscription, provisioned by automation instead of by hand.

Deeper fleet autonomy

Teaching the private cloud to handle more of its own operations — routine failures heal themselves, judgment calls escalate.

Continuous polish — the live checks and the console below are part of the experiment.

The Lab

A private cloud that runs itself

Everything on this page runs on self-hosted infrastructure — dozens of services on hardware I own. The interesting part: it largely operates itself. Deterministic automation watches every service, heals routine failures, and keeps an audit trail; AI agents investigate the hard cases and propose fixes; anything risky waits for a human yes.

Own the whole stack

Hardware to DNS to product. Everything here runs on infrastructure I built and operate — no black boxes.

b

Automate the boring 99%

Deterministic automation handles monitoring, healing, and operations. Judgment calls get escalated — everything else just runs.

c

Ship, then sharpen

Real users beat perfect plans. Launch small, watch closely, improve relentlessly.
