Privacy and inquiries
When you send an inquiry, the form collects your name, email address, message, and submission time. The site stores this information in its private contact records so I can respond.
If the site's CRM forwarding integration is configured, a copy may also be delivered to my business software. The information is not published to the website. Basic abuse prevention uses a short-lived request counter keyed to a network address.
Please don't include passwords, payment details, medical information or other sensitive details in your inquiry. For questions or requests about a message you've sent, use the contact form on the homepage.
Retention and requests
Contact records are kept for handling inquiries and are subject to bounded log rotation; there is no guaranteed automatic deletion date for an individual message. CRM copies, when configured, may have their own retention controls. You can request a review or deletion of a submitted message through the contact form.
Site visits
The site uses self-hosted GoatCounter analytics to count visits. The hosting and edge systems may also log standard request metadata for operational troubleshooting and abuse prevention. Contact records are separate from public website content.
This page describes the website's contact-form handling; it is not a complete statement about independently operated venture sites.
