I like building things that actually run.

I'm Dylan Davis, a founder and operator in Ontario, Canada. My work crosses software platforms, infrastructure, live event production and retail. Sometimes that means designing a product; other times it means making sure it works for customers on a busy event night.

The thread through it all

I prefer owning enough of the system to understand how the pieces connect: the product experience, the data, the deployment, the support process and the day-to-day operation. I build for practical use first, then improve what real use teaches.

How I work

Automation handles repeatable work. Tests and independent reviews challenge changes before they reach production. The judgment calls stay with people. It isn't a claim that nothing ever breaks; it's a way to notice, learn and recover with fewer surprises.
